Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. As of April 5, 2021, UPS is only guaranteeing Next Day Air service. All other shipping methods are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays.
UPS shipments are delivered Monday through Friday
Packages are usually shipped out in less than 24 hours except on weekends. Customers will usually receive their order in 1-5 business days via ground shipping.
All orders must be placed before 8 AM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday) for same-day shipment.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Orders you place with us from 8AM on Friday through Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order because of an incorrect address or delivery refusal. If a package is refused upon delivery, the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping the item back to us will be deducted from your order. If a package is lost or has not arrived by the scheduled delivery date, you must contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date for resolution.
Deliveries to Canada are subject to additional customs fees and duties. The additional fees are calculated into the cost of shipping when checking out.
We currently do not ship outside of the US and Canada.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your InvisiClean order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include all original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. If the item is not returned in new and unused condition or does not contain all materials included with the shipment, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returning Merchandise by Mail
Please contact us before returning to receive authorization or your return will not be accepted.
For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will not pay or reimburse return shipping postage on any return items.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for InvisiClean to process your return.
