  1. How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

    Cancelling or pausing your subscription is easy. Just click on sign in at the top of our website and login. After you login, select Subscribe & Save on the left hand side menu and click view on the subscription you would like to pause or cancel. This page will have all the details of your subscription. On the top right hand corner there are links to pause or cancel your subscription.

    No. InvisiClean does not store any credit card information on our servers. All information is stored on our credit card processor's side and only a token is stored on our website as a reference. We take security seriously and we do not even temporarily store your credit card information on our servers. All credit card information submitted on our website is secure and submitted directly to our processor.
